Residents Set Out
First, residents place their bagged, securely tied trash outside their door before 6 PM on scheduled collection days. Bins are provided as part of the program.
We Collect 3x Weekly
Next, our team collects from 6–11 PM using leak-proof satchels or tilt carts. Trash and recyclables are separated and disposed of in the on-site container.
Community Stays Clean
Finally, residents bring bins inside after collection. Hallways stay clear, dumpster areas stay organized, and your property maintains a polished appearance.
